Thank you Jane Baines at Woo B Woo for helping to make our office experience a ‘home away from home’.

Jane created some stunning artwork to help us to realise our vision when we came to furnishing our stunning office rental suites.

We were so impressed with her designs that we asked her to create us some more.

Care Company Signs New Lease

New Tenants

We are delighted to welcome Limitless Care Ltd to The Highfields Suite.

They have signed a five-year contract on our two lower ground floor suites – The Jackson Suite and the Lovett Suite .

Kumbi Midzi, Operations Manager for Limitless Care Ltd, said they had moved their business in order to better accommodate their growing care company.

Kumbi said: “We chose The Highfields Suite for its location and spacious rooms, and for the quality of refurbishment. Everything has been finished to a very high standard.”

Kumbi and his wife, Matilda, set up Limitless Care five years ago. The independent care company provides non-medical home care that allows people to continue living in the comfort and familiar environment of their own home.

Space for a Business to Grow

Kumbi said: “It’s nice to think that we now have the space that will enable our business to continue to grow.”

Richard Dean, owner and Director of The Highfields Suite, said: “We are delighted to welcome Kumbi and his team to our lower ground floor office suites.

“I am pleased that when Kumbi was looking for new offices, our location and the space we had available was the perfect fit for his growing business.”

The Launch of Our Latest Suites

We are very excited to announce the launch of our latest suites.

We have opened our doors to two new, private, ground floor office suites, as well as a new business community hub for hybrid working.

The Dickinson Suite

The Dickinson Suit e can be found to the rear of our beautifully refurbished offices, and provides ground floor office space, with its own kitchenette.

Attractive, full height, double glass doors open out onto beautiful views, which can be enjoyed while sat at your desk or from the privacy of your own balcony. The balcony itself features a fully restored iron balustrade and the glass doors benefit from newly refurbished oak shutters.

Your rental includes an off-road parking space, visitor parking, double doors opening onto the balcony and use of a stylish, lower ground floor, vaulted meeting room, which retains all the historic features of the building, including beautiful stonework, but with modern perks, such as remote controlled, multicolour LED lights.

You will also have access to the lower ground floor, separate male and female WC.

Access into The Dickinson Suite is through our main front door.

The Lowenthal Suite

The Lowenthal Suite is situated at the front of our building, providing ground floor office space.

It has beautifully restored sash windows overlooking New North Road, with the added benefit of fully refurbished oak shutters, should you require more privacy.

Your rental includes an off-road parking space, visitor parking, use of a lower ground floor kitchen and the lower ground floor vaulted meeting room, as well as lower ground floor separate male and female WC.

Access into the Lowenthal Suite is again through our main front door.

Flexible Workspaces

Should you be interested in renting the entire ground floor office space, you are more than welcome to do so.

By doing this, you can enjoy full privacy within the four walls of two characterful, ground floor suites, with interconnecting doors, and your own private parking.

In renting them both, you can enjoy your own fully glazed double doors, opening out on to your own balcony, with far-reaching views. You will benefit from the use of the characterful vaulted, meeting room, your own private kitchenette, complete with sink and storage cupboards, as well as use of the lower ground floor separate male and female WC.

The Holliday Suite

The future of hybrid working starts here.

The Holliday Suite is our communal space for those who want to ‘hot-desk’ in a work orientated environment.

Enjoy stunning original features, including sash windows and beautifully refurbished oak shutters.

We have two identical rooms, with four desks in total – two in each room.

Your rental includes an off-road parking space, visitor parking, use of a ground floor kitchen, with microwave, use of the breath-taking lower ground floor vaulted meeting room, with remote controlled multicolour LED lights, and lower ground floor separate male and female WC.

Access to The Holliday Suite is again through our main front door.

Holliday Hub 1

Home to two butcher block style desks – Desk 1 and Desk 2 .

Holliday Hub 2

Again, home to two butcher block style desks – Desk 3 and Desk 4 .

Throughout all our rooms, you will receive that all important high-speed WI-FI and plenty of charging points.

We are very excited for opening our doors to you ...

We have been working extremely hard throughout the height of the pandemic to bring to you flexible, Covid-19 conscious office space on the outskirts of Huddersfield town centre, West Yorkshire. Our aim throughout has been to create an office environment that is a home away from home.

The extensive programme of refurbishment work at The Highfields Suite in New North Road, Huddersfield, has been completed to the highest of standards for both sustainability and wellbeing. The characterful office space has been renovated by a team of doctor-led occupational health professionals, enabling us to use our expertise for your safety.

Our focus is on an office experience and working environment our customers can't possibly achieve at home. You can expect to find some of the comforts of home within the walls of our beautiful Victorian building but with all the benefits of a professional working environment.
